Toll Brothers sells within Summerlin

Traccia by Toll Brothers in Summerlin Centre is selling 10 floor plans from the home collections Balboa, Huntington and Newport.

Balboa features four floor plans that range from 2,494 to 3,151 square feet and are priced from the low $600,000s; Huntington features three floor plans that range from 1,660 to 1,830 square feet with prices starting in the low $400,000s; and Newport features three floor plans that range from 1,830 to 1,950 square feet, priced in the upper $400,000s.

    • According to Chris Myers, division president for Toll Brothers, Traccia has been a popular choice for home buyers because of its lifestyle amenities. The neighborhood features nature trails, tree-lined streets and a clubhouse with swimming pools, tennis courts and a fitness center.

    "These are amenities home buyers want within walking distance of their home," Myers said. "And at Traccia, they get all this and more."

    The fact that Traccia is located in the heart of Summerlin has been a strong selling point, Myers said.

    "Our neighborhood lifestyle is consistent with that of the community. A great neighborhood in a great community is a powerful combination that speaks to home buyers," he said.

    In addition to Traccia, other neighborhoods selling in Summerlin Centre include C2 Lofts by A Christopher Co., West Park Villas and Courtyards by William Lyon Homes, and Villa Trieste by Pulte Homes.
