V offers taste of Italy

Lake Las Vegas hillside residences feature Tuscan architecture, golf greens, cypress trees

V at Lake Las Vegas condominiums are built on the highest point at the Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson. The area is near Lake Mead and features resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, pool, spa grotto, outdoor dining with barbecue center, outdoor living room with fireplace, entertainment terraces, wet sunning with built-in chaises, over-water cabanas and a spa with water effects.

"Las Vegas' mountains have always been a weekend getaway for my family and investing in V at Lake Las Vegas was our commitment to be part of a community that offers all amenities within one location -- the pools, clubhouse, public space, golf, south beach and the Reflection Bay," said Andrew Simmons, a resident at V at Lake Las Vegas. "What really attracted us to V at Lake Las Vegas were the dramatic views of the lake, the view of the village below, the elegant grounds with open space and the separation between units that gave us a feel of living in a stand-alone villa."

  • Michael Polosky, another resident of V at Lake Las Vegas, said golf makes the place appealing to him.

"We love vacationing in Las Vegas for its excellent golf courses near the mountains, and after visiting V at Lake Las Vegas, we were definite about investing in the property as an ideal choice for our second home, away from the busy California lifestyle." he said.

"The whole process of buying a unit at V at Lake Las Vegas was smooth and our unit was complete and ready for moving in months earlier than promised. We are extremely happy with the features and amenities of the property, and especially the view of the golf course and south shore from our unit," Polosky said.

The luxury condominium complex features two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 1,297 to 1,643 square feet.

Six one- and two-story condominium residences comprise individual Estate Homes, which are built on terraces cascading down the hillside.

Each condominium has either a covered veranda or patio.

The property, which has been designed to reflect Tuscany, has a network of trails with classic Italian gardens, fountains, cypress trees, a vineyard and an olive grove. The Italian architecture includes a reproduction of the Pontevecchio bridge in the nearby MonteLago Village, where numerous shops and restaurants can be found.

The Lake Las Vegas Resort area, which features a man-made lake and the MonteLago Village, offers championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf, fine waterfront dining, a floating concert stage, Casino MonteLago and Spa Vita di Lago.
