  • "These plans really have a lot of nice features, and each home offers something unique," said Darcey Calderon, a sales agent at Starlight Trails. "The Cedar and the Juniper both offer the option of a first-floor bedroom, which is a popular choice with a lot of buyers. The Spruce has a striking entrance with volume ceilings in the formal living room, and larger families like this design because it offers an optional fifth bedroom or a loft upstairs."

The collection's largest floor plan is the Spruce, featuring four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,000 square feet. The second level offers an optional loft or a fifth bedroom with a walk-in closet, adding about 200 square feet. The main level features a formal living room with volume ceilings, family room, dining room and kitchen with a food- preparation island and breakfast nook.

The Juniper and the Cedar both include three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with an optional fourth bedroom available on the first floor.

The 1,900-square-foot Juniper features two-story ceilings in the entry. The family room, kitchen and nook offer an open layout. Other highlights include a formal dining room or optional fourth bedroom, an upstairs laundry room and a master suite across the hall from the secondary bedrooms.

The Cedar is a 1,600-square-foot home offering a family room off the entry and a U-shaped kitchen complete with a nook and food-preparation island.

Home buyers can opt for a fourth bedroom or a den in lieu of the dining room. Upstairs, there is the master suite with private bath and walk-in closet, a laundry room and two secondary bedrooms that each feature an entrance to an adjoining bathroom.
