Lennar's Antelope offers community amenities, four single-family designs

  • The Roan floor plan measures 1,302 square feet and contains two bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths, and a one-car garage.

    Measuring 1,540 square feet is the Eland features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

    The master bedroom and bath are located on the upper floor, with the secondary bedrooms situated on the lower floor.

    The Sable is accented by a recessed entry set at an angle and measures 1,578 square feet. It contains three bedrooms, a loft, a one-car garage and features two master bedroom suites, one located on each floor. Both masters include an interior bath as well.

    The Impala measures 1,775 square feet and contains three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. It features the main living areas on the ground floor, with the bedrooms and a loft on the second floor.

    Pricing starts from the $200,000s.

    Standard amenities include granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry, stainless-steel sinks and a stainless-steel appliance package that includes range, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator.

    Also included are a washer and dryer and 2-inch faux wood blinds for all windows throughout the home, plus CAT-5 wiring with a distribution panel, and prewiring for phones, cable and ceiling fans.

    Other features are a ceramic-tile entry, upgraded carpet padding and decorative exterior coach lights with photocells. Each home has its own enclosed rear yard, and landscaped front yard with irrigation system. Interiors are open and inviting with maximized livability.

    To visit the Welcome Home Center, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn west to Frontage Road, then north to Severance Road, west to Grand Canyon Drive and turn right.
