First-time buyer finds nest at Warmington Homes' Esplanade

First-time home buyer Lisa Schorr chose a home at Warmington Homes' Esplanade development, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"Over the past six months, I looked at several condominium communities before visiting Esplanade," Schorr said. "I immediately liked what I saw; the location was perfect and the price range was just what I was looking for. And with all of the great features that are included in the home, I finally knew this is where I wanted to live."

  • The development offers condominiums and townhomes ranging from the high $100,000s to the low $200,000s.

"The floor plan layout is what initially drew me to the plan I purchased," Schorr said. "It has such an open feeling that creates a sense of spaciousness."

The Metro Collection and The Plaza Collection offer ceramic-tile flooring at the foyers, beech cabinetry, solid surface kitchen countertops, mini-blinds and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors.

Schorr chose Residence D in The Metro Collection. It measures 1,200 square feet and includes two bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room and one covered parking space.

The Metro presents plans that measure 894 to 1,381 square feet with one to three bedrooms and up to two baths.

Each Metro unit includes an assigned parking space, covered patios and/or balconies and living and dining rooms.

The Plaza Collection offers a selection of homes that range from 1,212 to 1,683 square feet with up to three bedrooms and three baths, lofts, patios and decks and direct access two-car garages.

The homes feature upscale standard appointments that have kitchens with a Whirlpool appliance package, including self-cleaning slide-in gas range, microwave hood and multi-cycle dishwasher.

Interior laundry areas and master suites with large soaking tub and separate shower enclosure are also available.

Buyers may also incorporate a variety of options such as two-tone interior paint colors, mirrored wardrobe doors, connectivity packages, granite countertops and upgraded cabinetry finishes.

The complex features a clubhouse with community entertaining areas, resort-style pool and spa with cabana, maintained landscaping with connecting walkways and a state-of-the-art fitness center that offers cardiovascular equipment, multi-station weight-training machine and television screens.

Schorr moved into her new home at Esplanade in April. "They (the sales agents) made the entire purchase process very comfortable, easy and worry-free. As a first-time buyer I appreciated all of their support in making it a smooth experience for me," she said.

To tour the professionally decorated models take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit south on South Durango Road and travel west on Maule Avenue. The complex is on the lefthand side.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday when it opens at noon. For more information, call 597-0330 or visit WarmingtonHomesNV.com.
