Centex features Waterfall homes

Centex Homes features four gated neighborhoods -- Isabel Falls, Latourell Falls, Angeline Falls and Aberdeen Falls -- in its Waterfall planned community in North Las Vegas.

"We have all the marks of an upscale master-planned community with the exception of hefty fees," said sales agent Gigi Spollino.

Amenities include an aqua splash zone, a rock-climbing wall designed especially for kids, four parks (one in each neighborhood), pedestrian walkways, playground equipment, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, an equipped fitness center and a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Isabel Falls features single-story floor plans.

"All single-story communities are becoming increasingly rare in Southern Nevada, so our collection really stands out to buyers. Each plan has its own signature features, everything from an included casita to dual master suites," she said. "Between the attractive home designs and neighborhood amenities, it's easy to see why Isabel Falls is a favorite among buyers."

Home buyers can select from four single-story floor plans priced from the low $300,000s.

The Lily plan measures 1,750 square feet and comes with three bedrooms, two baths, great room, dining room and kitchen nook.

At 1,794 square feet, the Lotus design offers three bedrooms, two baths, casita and entry courtyard.

The Palm plan is 2,123 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, plus a family room and kitchen nook. With 2,227 square feet spread across a first floor and loft, the Cypress plan has two owner's suites, a great room with loggia, dining room, kitchen nook and under-stairway storage.

Some plans include structural variations that increase the bedroom count to four and the number of baths to three. Based on home design, layouts may also be configured to include a den, guest suite, wet bar, fireplace, kitchen desk and garage service door.

Standard interior features include upgraded oak cabinetry, slab granite kitchen countertops, pantries and islands, some with countertop seating. Other highlights include raised-panel interior doors, upgraded baseboards, ceiling fan prewiring in select areas and a backyard barbecue stub-out. Every master bath features a contoured Roman tub, separate shower with marble surrounds, twin sinks and raised vanity. Selected lots have a pool-size rear yard.

Homes bear the Energy Star seal of approval and come with low-e windows, an energy-saver insulated gas water heater and water-saver shower heads and faucets.

Waterfall is situated near Aliante, a new master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Area schools include Kitty McDonough Ward Elementary, Anthony Saville Middle School and Shadow Ridge High School.

Centex offers incentives to educators, health care providers, firefighters and law enforcement personnel as well as active, reserve, retired or veteran military members.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Aliante Parkway and exit north. Turn left on Moonlight Falls and follow the signs to Waterfall.
