Richmond American turns up the 'power'

Richmond American Homes is offering its Weekend of Purchasing Power promotion through Sunday, where buyers can receive closing cost assistance, reduced earnest money deposit, and no deposits on Home Gallery upgrades, according to Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas North Division.

"This offer makes it easier than ever for buyers to purchase the home they've always wanted, right now. It's a great way to save some of the out-of-pocket expenses that are usually associated with buying a new home," Bloom said "All those little details can add up to be quite expensive, but if you act now you don't have to worry about it because we'll take care of the cost. Everyone from first-time home buyers to move-up buyers will appreciate the added value and convenience of this special offer."

  • Information about the promotion is available at all Richmond American communities in the Las Vegas Valley.

Home prices range from the $200,000s to the $700,000s, and floor plans range from two-bedroom homes measuring 1,100 square feet to six-bedroom designs in 4,000 square feet.

Potential buyers are encouraged to visit the Home Gallery, a 22,000-square-foot retail space where they can browse floor plans, communities, design options and more.

"The Home Gallery offers something truly unique to the industry," said Susan Lee, new home manager. "Instead of driving all over town, you can visit the Home Gallery and find everything you need right here. You can search communities and floor plans to find the home that fits your needs, and then choose all your finishing touches and design options. This is a place where shopping for a new home isn't time consuming and difficult; it's convenient and fun."

Richmond American home buyers can also attain one-stop shopping convenience with the company's mortgage and insurance affiliates, HomeAmerican Mortgage Corporation and American Home Insurance Agency.
