Rhodes offers Zanetti in Henderson

Rhodes Homes has opened its newest neighborhood, Zanetti, in the Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson. Zanetti offers five single-story plans.

"These homes are going to reach a segment of the market that we haven't targeted before," said John Means, sales manager for Rhodes Homes. "We are excited about what these new floor plans have to offer and we know that new home buyers in this market will be excited about them as well."

  • Homes range from 1,264 to 1,781 square feet and are named for their square footage. Prices start at $249,325.

    Residence 1,264 has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, great room and a kitchen with an island.

    Residence 1,370 also provides two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, great room and island kitchen. This home additionally offers an optional French door in the master bedroom, accessing the backyard.

    With two bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garage, great room and island kitchen, Residence 1,606 also offers a front porch.

    Residence 1,705 features three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, great room and island kitchen with a nook.

    The largest plan, measuring 1,781 square feet, has four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, great room and an island kitchen with a nook. This plan also offers an option to turn the fourth bedroom into a den.

    "All of the homes in this neighborhood offer a French door in the master bedroom as an option, except for the smallest plan. This feature is great for people interested in having backyard access from the bedroom," Means said. "These homes are an incredible value for many of the buyers who were previously priced out of the market by the recent real estate boom."

    Homes are Energy Star-certified and include blown-in cellulose insulation, low-emittance windows, a gas water heater and programmable thermostat.

    Six sales offices, comprising 22 models and 33 floor plans, are open in Tuscany Residential Village. Prices of single-family homes begin at $249,325.

    When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.

    A 35,000-square-foot recreation center recently opened. The facility includes a full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, a fitness room, meeting rooms, card room and billiards. An outdoor pool complex, tennis courts and a picnic area also are open.

    To visit, take Lake Mead Parkway past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
