Della Montagna holds groundbreaking

Innovative Communities, a Southwest home builder, has announced the groundbreaking of its Della Montagna at Lake Las Vegas, according to Tom Dobron, the company's chief executive officer and owner.

"We at Innovative Communities are very excited to have this addition to the luxury communities at Lake Las Vegas," he said. "Lake Las Vegas offers extravagant living with an excellent location."

  • The estate-size homes are set at one of the highest vantage points in the resort community and feature views of the Las Vegas Strip, he said.

    The gated community offers fully landscaped front and backyards. With lot sizes up to 8,000 square feet, residences provide up to 4,000 square feet. Home buyers will also receive a Silver membership to The Club at Lake Las Vegas. Prices start at $1.5 million.

    Lake Las Vegas offers a number of recreational options, including three golf courses: Reflection Bay Golf Course, The Falls Golf Course and the private SouthShore Golf Club. Within walking distance to the Italian-inspired MonteLago Village that features a casino, restaurants, shops and spas. The lake offers opportunities for boating, kayaking and gondola rides.

    Also available at Lake Las Vegas are luxury communities Mantova and The Villas At Mantova.

    Mantova is a collection of lakefront villas, offering five floor plans with Roman-arch entries and cobblestone driveways. Featuring up to three bedrooms, select villas offer a den or library overlooking a courtyard garden. Amenities include a full wet bar with refrigerated beverage center, 10-foot ceilings, walk-in closets in all master suites, laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer and subterranean parking with controlled security access. Penthouse suites are available. Prices start in the low-$500,000s.

    Located in the SouthShore community of Lake Las Vegas, the private, guard-gated location provides a semi-private, nine-hole putting course. Mantova also features a lakefront pool and spa.

    The Villas At Mantova offer elegant Italian village townhomes placed at SouthShore within walking distance to the SouthShore Yacht and Beach Club. The location features views of the neighboring Lake Mead. The townhomes offer private patios, fireplace and an attached two-car garage. Prices start in the mid-$400,000s.

    To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the end of the freeway and continue east on Lake Mead Parkway across Boulder Highway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway. Turn left into Lake Las Vegas Resort, continuing through the roundabout to 5 Grand Mediterra.

    The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Lake Las Vegas communities offer exclusive memberships to the private SouthShore Golf Club and SouthShore Yacht and Beach Club.
