Couple fulfill needs within Rivendell

Angel and Gina Burgos said they found their ideal home at Engle Homes' Rivendell neighborhood at Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"We both loved the southwest part of the valley, and when we heard about everything that was going to be built at Mountain's Edge we knew that was where we wanted to live," Angel Burgos said. "While there were nice homes offered at the community, my wife and I really liked a single-story model that Engle Homes was building somewhere else in town and wanted that floor plan for our home."

  • The couple said they bided their time, and ultimately were rewarded when they found the exact model that met their needs at Rivendell.

The neighborhood is exclusively composed of single-story homes, and has three floor plans that are being built on lots ranging from 7,800 to 18,000 square feet.

"It's great to finally have had everything come together for us at the right time," Angel Burgos said. "We're both really looking forward to living here and enjoying everything our new home and community have to offer."
