Engle Homes offers special finance program

Engle Homes is offering a finance program for select homes through the end of the month. The program offers 30-year fixed loans with an interest rate (APR) of 5.875 percent.

"We know that home buyers are hearing news reports regarding rising adjustable interest rate loans, and the fact that many banks are cutting back on funding loans for new homes," said Cheryl Kypreos, president of the Nevada Division of Engle Homes.

  • The program applies to select homes in the builder's neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, according to Kypreos.

"In many of our neighborhoods, which are located in premier master-planned communities, as well as in rapidly growing parts of the valley, we offer incentives up to $100,000 in addition to zero closing costs on the purchase of a new home," she said. "For home buyers looking for a great new home, along with an outstanding interest rate and incentives, now is the perfect time to visit our models and look at what Engle has to offer."

The program applies to many homes that close on or before Nov. 30, when using the builder's preferred lender. The special promotion includes homes in Rivendell and Beacon Hill, located in Mountain's Edge.

The gated Rivendell is one of the only neighborhoods in the master plan that is comprised of single-story homes. Beacon Hill is a gated three-story townhome subdivision that includes a two-story clubhouse, swimming pool and exercise facilities.

The special is available for homes in North Las Vegas in Cambria, Somerset and Falcon Ridge neighborhoods.

Cambria is located on the southwest corner of Ann Road and Commerce Street and offers home buyers the opportunity to live in a gated neighborhood of homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,726 square feet.

Located just south of the Cheyenne Technical Corridor, Somerset offers single- and two-story homes, with prices that start in the $200,000s.

Falcon Ridge, located at Washburn Road and Lawrence Street, offers three floor plans ranging from 1,798 to 2,778 square feet.

In the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley, Engle Homes presents the Copper Creek Estates, a private, gated neighborhood that includes a community pool, cabana and parks. The subdivision consists of two-story homes with options that come standard.

For home buyers looking to take advantage of the special financing program for homes in Summerlin, visit Ladera Terrace located in the new Mesa Village. The neighborhood features two-story courtyard homes with three floor plans. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s. For more information visit englevegas.com.
