  • "Valhalla Estates is a private, gated community where residents can enjoy plenty of living space, both indoors and out. Two of the plans feature a private courtyard, and both of the two-stories have a balcony," said Ernest Belair, president of the builder's Las Vegas Division. "The big home sites are another huge draw, especially because we have swimming pools available and the homes allow RV and boat parking."

    Four floor plans are available.

The two-story Residence Four measures 4,000 square feet and contains four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a split three-car garage. Standard amenities include a courtyard, porch, volume ceilings in the entry, an island kitchen, and a patio off the living room and family room. Other highlights include a study or optional fifth bedroom and full bath, a bonus room or optional sixth bedroom, a balcony, and an optional extended garage. Prices start from the high $600,000s.

Residence Three is a two-story home measuring 3,600 square feet and containing four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths as well as a split three-car garage. A four-car garage is optional. The exterior features a terraced entry and a balcony. The main floor features an open family room, kitchen and nook, as well as a separate dining room, living room and study. An optional fifth bedroom with its own full bath is available in lieu of the study. Upstairs is a bonus room and buyers can opt for a sixth bedroom in place of half of the bonus room.

    Prices start from the $660,000s.

The 3,150-square-foot Residence Two is a single-story home in which the formal living room and dining room open to a covered patio. It includes four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, with a den that can be selected as an optional fifth bedroom. Prices start from the $630,000s.

Priced from the upper $500,000s, Residence One measures 2,800 square feet and contains three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a den, with an optional fourth bedroom available in lieu of the den.

The open great room flows into the island kitchen with a nook.

The master bedroom suite features a retreat and a private bath with two walk-in closets, a split dual vanity, and a soaking tub with separate shower.

Residence One also includes a two-car garage and separate single-bay garage, with the option of an additional bay available.
