Sales agent purchases residence at Warmington Homes' Mandolin

Warmington sales agent Isaiah Godwin recently purchased a new home at Mandolin by Warmington Homes Nevada, located in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley.

As an employee of Warmington Homes Nevada for the last year and a half, Godwin, who sells at Warmington's nearby York Village community, was familiar with the current housing market and the homes selling in the Las Vegas Valley. As a first-time buyer and an industry professional, he said he knew exactly what he wanted in a new home.

  • "Working within the homebuilding industry, I have the benefit of receiving first-hand knowledge of the new and resale homes selling," Godwin said. "When I visited Mandolin, I was immediately attracted to the location, high level of included amenities and the beautiful Mountain's Edge master-planned community -- I knew this is where I wanted to live."

Standard amenities included are mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors, Whirlpool full-size washer and gas dryer and Whirlpool refrigerator.

Additionally, each home features beech cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves and Whirlpool multi-cycle Energy Star-rated dishwasher, oven and slide-in range with sealed burners.

Godwin, who purchased a Plan Three, said that not only are the location and amenities ideal and above the competition, but he believes Mandolin is the "best value" in the area.

"I looked at several new neighborhoods in southwest Las Vegas and felt that Mandolin was the most attractive and livable collection of homes currently selling in this price range," Godwin said. "And with the lower association fees that Mountain's Edge offers, I felt this was the best deal around."

Mountain's Edge features more than 500 acres of land devoted to open spaces, parks and trail systems. These will offer avenues for sport, fitness and recreation while protecting the natural desert environment.

Home shoppers can preview the entire collection of Mandolin homes by logging onto WarmingtonHomesNV.com.

To reach the sales office, from Blue Diamond Road, travel south on Buffalo Drive to Cactus Avenue and turn left. The sales office and model homes are located on the right. For more information or further directions, visit the Web site or call 260-0641.

Sales representatives are onsite from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday.

Warmington Homes Nevada is part of the Warmington group, which is redefining the true value of home with its Valyou Added philosophy.
