"Ladera Canyon offers the complete lifestyle," sales agent Kimberly Wright said. "We have a great location close to the area's most beautiful natural landmarks, with Red Rock Canyon nearby and exceptional amenities all around. The community has four parks and a swimming pool, plus there's a 19-acre park coming soon right outside the neighborhood. Aside from the location, the homes at Ladera Canyon are beautiful. They offer spectacular features like downstairs master suites, three-car garages, and open floor plans designed to fit today's lifestyles. I think one of the reasons this community is so popular is because there's something for everyone."
