With primary residences in Yorba Linda, Calif., the Fazlis selected Las Vegas as the site for their vacation homes. The first owners at Vita Bella, David and Fred each selected the Toscanelli plan, which at 2,110 square feet is the largest home offered in the enclave.

"It's a stunning home," Fazli said. "It looks like a model. You couldn't ask for a better place to live."

Located in Lake Las Vegas Resort on MonteLago Parkway, Vita Bella is an enclave surrounded by lake, golf and desert mountain views. It is adjacent to the 7,261-yard, par-72 award-winning Jack Nicklaus Reflection Bay Golf Course.
