Brothers become first homeowners within Vita Bella

Enclave of homes located at Lake Las Vegas

David and Fred Fazli chose their residences at Vita Bella, an enclave of 79 townhomes at Lake Las Vegas Resort. Both brothers already knew they wanted their vacation homes to be built by Toll Brothers.

"We're lifelong Toll Brothers customers," David Fazli said. "I own a Toll Brothers home in California. My brother also owns a Toll Brothers home in California. Our experiences with both of these homes was outstanding."

  • With primary residences in Yorba Linda, Calif., the Fazlis selected Las Vegas as the site for their vacation homes. The first owners at Vita Bella, David and Fred each selected the Toscanelli plan, which at 2,110 square feet is the largest home offered in the enclave.

They selected lakefront home sites on the same street.

"As soon as we heard that Toll Brothers was building at the Lake Las Vegas Resort, we knew we wanted to live there," David Fazli said. "We have a lot of trust with Toll Brothers. We were the first to sign up and the first to close. One of our friends bought a home there, too."

Fazli praised the Toll Brothers home.

"I'm used to living in 5,000 square feet, a big space," he said. "I find it rewarding to own a home in this community. I just vacation. I don't worry about anything."

Toll Brothers offers three floor plans at Vita Bella -- Cortona, Trebbiano and Toscanelli, all of which are modeled. Sized from 1,566 to 2,110 square feet, the homes in the gated enclave will include two or three bedrooms along with such features as elevated entry porches, courtyards and vista decks.

All homes feature two-car garages with extra storage as well as living rooms that provide views of the resort community. Homes are priced from the high $600,000s.

David Fazli selected custom finishes and accents similar to his primary residence in California. Marble flooring and upgraded carpeting are available also, as are a sunken living room, formal dining room and a master retreat with dual closets and a balcony. The home also features a wrap-around porch.

"It's a stunning home," Fazli said. "It looks like a model. You couldn't ask for a better place to live."

Located in Lake Las Vegas Resort on MonteLago Parkway, Vita Bella is an enclave surrounded by lake, golf and desert mountain views. It is adjacent to the 7,261-yard, par-72 award-winning Jack Nicklaus Reflection Bay Golf Course.

A community swimming pool is also available for residents, as are a spa and cabanas. With both resort visitors and locals buying homes in Vita Bella, sales of these luxury townhomes have exceeded expectations with more than half already purchased.
