  • The Lennar community presents home designs on easy-care home sites in the northwestern foothills at a 2,880-foot elevation. The subdivision is near Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and U.S. Highway 95 North shopping corridor.

    Antelope has four home designs,.

"Young couples, families and even retirees love Lennar," Zoot said. "When you add up the savings and the convenience with all of our included amenities, it's just about irresistible."

Standard upgraded features include granite kitchen countertops, raised-panel oak cabinetry, stainless steel sinks and a coordinated stainless-steel appliance package that includes the refrigerator.

An upgraded washer and dryer and 2-inch faux wood blinds for all windows throughout the home are also standard.

The homes also include high-tech CAT-5 E wiring with a distribution panel and extensive prewiring for phones, cable and ceiling fans.

Lennar also provides a garage-door opener at no charge. Antelope is Energy Star-certified for year-round savings, Zoot said.

"Mt.Charleston with its great mountain air, campgrounds, and winter sports is just a short drive away," she said.

Antelope's two-story floor plans are set in cul-de-sacs, but each home has its own private, enclosed rear yard and landscaped front yard with irrigation system.

Rather than designs full of walls and halls, each floor plan is designed around great-room living spaces with detailing and abundant windows, Zoot said.

The floor plans feature two bedrooms with a loft, three bedrooms, or three bedrooms with a loft. All include 21/2 baths and a one-car garage, except the largest plan that features a two-car garage.

The 1,578-square-foot Sable features two master bedroom suites. They are located on each floor of the home. Both include an interior bath.

Zoot said some homes are available in 60 to 90 days this fall.

To visit the Welcome Home Center at Antelope take U.S.-95 north to Durango Drive, turn west to Frontage Road (Oso Blanca Road), then north to Severance Lane, west to North Grand Canyon Road, right on North Grand Canyon. The community is at the corner of North Grand Canyon and Gilcrease Avenue.

Model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
