Wagner Homes promotes Diamond kitchen design

A wide-open kitchen design featured in the Diamond model at two Wagner Homes communities has proven popular.

The highlight of the 2,309-square-foot Diamond model, the kitchen is featured at Wagner's Crossing community at Grand Teton Avenue and North Durango Drive; and at Vista near Durango Drive and Fort Apache Drive.

"It's so light and airy and provides the ability to mingle with guests while working in the kitchen," said builder Paul Wagner, whose company has been involved in local building since 1984. "It has a great room effect, and our buyers love it."

Wagner further explained that the company is now offering special incentives at each of the three neighborhoods.

The builder is offering up to two years of paid mortgage payments on approved credit along with no closing costs.

"The combined incentives result in substantial savings," Wagner said.

"It's really a buyer's market now. The truth is that when the market reverses to a seller's market, the incentives will disappear. Buyers should take advantage now," he said.

The Diamond model consists of up to five bedrooms with three full baths and a loft. It also includes one bedroom downstairs.

Priced from $440,950, the Diamond has 22-foot ceilings.

Other models available at Wagner communities include the following:

The Pearl, a 1,309-square-foot single-story with three bedrooms, two baths and covered patio priced from $309,950.

The Topaz, 1,752-square-foot two-story with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths priced from $383,950.

The Emerald, 2,084-square-foot two-story with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, open beam ceilings and a front balcony priced from $410,950.

The Sapphire, a 1,663-square-foot single-story model with three bedrooms and two baths priced from $330,000.

Other standard amenities include pot shelves, real ceramic tile showers, 8-foot Therma/Tru entry doors with Schlage hardware throughout and decorative commercial stucco.
