Priced from the low $200,000s, Sagecrest offers two-story homes from the Cherry Lane Collection, featuring three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to 31/2 baths and 1,450 to 1,750 square feet.

Located adjacent to Southern Highlands, Sagecrest features nearby parks and amenities.

The neighborhood is comprised of about 40 homes.

Priced from the $240,000s, the Lapin features four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and 1,750 square feet.

The main floor features an open layout that includes a great room with a media niche, an island kitchen, and a dining room.
