  • "Each home was designed by our award-winning architectural team and received all necessary approvals from the community," said Michael Goeth, sales agent at Tuscan Cliffs.

More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models. Each offers a master suite with a separate retreat, a rear patio, central courtyard and common areas.

The Villa de Giovanni model home can be designed from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet and includes four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, library and three-car tandem garage. This home can also be designed with dual master suites.

Villa de Rafael's estate design includes up to 5,605 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, kitchen with butler's pantry, bonus room and three-car tandem garage.

The Villa de Franchesca offers five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, gallery with a curved staircase, library, loft, butler's pantry in the kitchen and a split three-car garage in up to 5,521 square feet.

The Villa de Gabriella is available with up to 5,945 square feet and offers five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, gallery with a curved staircase, butler's pantry in the kitchen, library, first-floor guest bedroom, loft, bonus room and three-car tandem garage.

All home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some with views of the valley and others that are oversized, are available, according to Goeth.

Standard amenities include stone paver driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless-steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counter tops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures. Also included are stainless-steel Viking appliances, wrought iron stair railings, and granite counters and vanities.

Homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Goeth said.

Options include home theatre systems, elevators, wine cellars and grottos, custom ceiling treatments, swimming pools, outdoor fireplaces and water features.

Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Prices start at just over $1 million.
