The neighborhood offers single-family homes.

"It is really exciting to see the homeowners enjoying these neighborhood amenities," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Homes Nevada. "The opening of the pool is especially ideal for residents who are enjoying these final weeks of summertime."

In addition to the resort-style amenities, buyers at York Village benefit from a low-maintenance lifestyle, with the community association managing all upkeep of facilities and landscaping.

Thill said residents also enjoy the private location of York Village that offers a relaxed casual lifestyle with a brand-new area of southwestern Las Vegas, yet is close to a variety of new residential neighborhoods, upcoming shopping centers, new parks, schools and Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.

These detached homes are priced from $215,490.

Buyers may choose from up to three two-story floor plans that range from 1,234 to 1,426 square feet.

Per plan they include two or three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and direct-access garages.

The interiors showcase living and dining rooms, contemporary kitchens with Whirlpool appliances and oak cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves.

There are also interior laundry areas with optional overhead storage cabinets and one or more master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, per plan.

The exterior styles are accented by shutters, front porch entries, fully landscaped front yards and private rear yards.

To reach York Village and to tour the model homes, exit I-215 and go south on Rainbow Boulevard. Go west at Windmill Lane and follow the signs to the sales office, which is on the left.

For more information or further directions to the sales office, call 303-9913. Sales representatives are on-site from 10 to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday when they open at noon.

Buyers at York Village are free to select their lender of choice to complete their new home purchase.

The builder encourages home buyers to use Bayport Mortgage Co. to receive a closing cost allowance as well as competitive rates and fees; and access to a wide variety of loan programs, according to Thill.

More information on financing programs for new homes is available at Bayportmortgage.com.

Warmington Homes Nevada is part of the Warmington group of companies and is backed by more than 80 years of home-building experience.
