BRAND NEW: Adaven Homes opens models

RavenHill gated community features private streets, yards

Adaven Homes announced the grand opening of three brand-new model homes at its RavenHill gated community which is located on Cheyenne Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard with access to downtown Las Vegas, the Strip and Interstate 15.

"RavenHill is an extraordinary community in a great location offered at an unbeatable price per square foot," said Larry Fodor, sales broker for the neighborhood of 111 homes.

The lots at RavenHill offer rear yards in a majority of the locations within the neighborhood, many reaching a depth of 30 feet. The privacy gates and private streets limit traffic within the neighborhood to residents and their guests.

RavenHill offers single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,224 to 1,758 square feet. Priced from the $120,000s, the gated community includes a private park complete with children play areas and covered gazebos for picnics.

Plan One is a 1,224-square-foot, single-story home with three bedrooms and two baths, a great room, dining area and two-car garage. The plan provides a separation of the entertainment areas from the other rooms of the residence.

The 1,458-square-foot Plan Two is a two-story home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, great room and breakfast bar.

Plan Three offers options for personalizing the 1,758-square-foot home that includes three bedrooms and a loft or four bedrooms, 2½ baths and kitchen with an optional island.

Located near amenities including shopping, parks and schools, RavenHill also has access to Southern Nevada's mountains, Red Rock National Conservation Area and Lake Mead.

To visit the homes at RavenHill, take I-15 exiting at Cheyenne, head west on Cheyenne, past Martin Luther King, then take a right on Scott Robinson Boulevard to the models.
