American West wants to 'BRAG' about this home

American West has something to "brag" about.
The local, privately owned homebuilder has introduced a new home design called BRAG to the Las Vegas area. The name describes the bonus room.
The single-story, with BRAG space, is a new design that offers homebuyers the livability of a single-story home, but also features a BRAG space that offers plenty of options for additional living area.
The unique design space can be left as one large bonus room that can be used as a theater, game and storage rooms, study or it can be built as a guest suite with walk-in closet and full bath.
The main living space includes formal living and dining rooms, a family room, large gourmet kitchen with dining island that can seat up to 10, master suite and two additional bedrooms.
The single-story design with BRAG space is offered at three of the builder's communities located in the southwest part of the Las Vegas Valley.
Kensington at Highlands Ranch and Woodbridge in Coronado Ranch offer a 3,068-square-foot version priced at $309,500.
Reserve at Coronado Ranch offers a 2,518-square-foot version priced at $249,500.
The builder also introduced a two-story with BRAG space that is offered at its Lexington community in Highlands Ranch. The home is 2,284 square feet and has as many as five bedrooms.
