Ashwood in Nevada Trails offers final inventory of homes

Pardee Homes is offering its final five homes at Ashwood in Nevada Trails, the last new-home neighborhood planned for the builder's signature southwest Las Vegas community.
Among the move-in ready homes at Ashwood is a Residence 3-C at home site No. 12, which measures 3,515 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths, bonus room and hobby room. Situated on a large cul-de-sac homesite, the plan also features a butler's pantry, laundry room with base cabinets and sink, designer interior paint, granite kitchen countertops, beech wood kitchen cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances. It is priced at $349,325.
Homes are included in the builder's LivingSmart brand that boost energy efficiency.
Nevada Trails offers 23 acres of parks and trails, including access to Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right and follow the signs to the model park.
