A ccording to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes, a new home in the Rhodes Ranch master-planned community can be available in as little as a few weeks. Dunhill Homes is offering incentives on homes in various stages of construction with dozens of options for personalization with limited-time incentives.

"We have a few of our top-selling floor plans under construction right now, with completions scheduled for October through early December," Soucie said.

According to Soucie, some of the community's top-selling models are under construction and available with special incentives. "Some already have upgrades included and some allow you to personalize the home to your tastes with many choices for interior paint, flooring, cabinetry and countertops," he said. "The perfect home for you can be ready in just a few short months … just in time to have your family and friends over for the holidays to celebrate."

Among the homes under construction are two models that include upgrades. Residence 2903 at the Fairways is under construction and includes four bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded maple kitchen cabinetry.

"This home will be completed within the next 30 days and we don't expect it to be available very long." Soucie said.

Another home under construction includes 1,841 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and upgraded appliances, kitchen cabinetry and countertops.

"Add in the special values and closing costs that Dunhill Homes pays when you use a preferred lender, and you have an opportunity that is truly too good to pass up," Soucie said.

Dunhill Homes offers residents of its Rhodes Ranch community a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, golf course, community water park and miles of walking trails. Dunhill Homes' recreation center includes an indoor fitness center with weights, cardiovascular equipment, a full-length indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. Exercise classes are offered as well as social activities for children and adults.

Its water park includes a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and a 1,000-gallon bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes. The water park is complemented by a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, four large covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground.

Dunhill Homes offers one- and two story floor plans ranging from 1,467 to 3,431 square feet with prices starting in the high 100,000s.
