Through the end of the month, Dunhill Homes is offering thousands in incentives during its Year End Sale event. Several homes are available for quick move-in.

"We have homes under construction that are included in the current incentive worth up to $25,000 and can be available for move in within a few weeks," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes.

According to Soucie, some of the community's top-selling models are under construction and available with additional incentives. "Some already have upgrades included and some allow you to personalize the home to your tastes with many choices for interior paint, flooring, cabinetry and countertops," he said. "The perfect home for you can be ready in as little as a month … just in time to have your family and friends over for the holidays to celebrate."

Dunhill Homes Year End program is the largest incentive program offered at its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany master-planned communities and ends Nov. 30. Included in the program are opportunities for buyers who intend to finance as well as those who plan on paying cash for their new homes.

Michael Blevins, Tuscany Village sales agent, said single-story designs are the most requested among new home shoppers.

"They definitely give a home the appearance of additional space, especially those with vaulted ceilings. Plus some new home buyers just want the convenience of a single-story and not having to climb stairs every day."

"Our single-story floor plans in particular are selling quickly during the Year End Sale," he said. "We have eight designs to choose from at Tuscany Village, in neighborhoods surrounded by landscapes inspired by the Italian countryside."

Among the savings offered in Dunhill Homes' Year End Sale event is a financing option to buy down the interest rate.

"This is perfect for someone who wants low monthly payments," Blevins said. "In many cases, our homebuyers have found that their new monthly payments are about the same as what they were spending on rent every month. Why would you rent if you could own your own home?"

Adding to the benefits is up to an additional $10,000 that can be used towards options like upgraded flooring, countertops and fixtures.

New-home buyers who plan on paying with cash can benefit from Dunhill Homes' second financing option in the Year End Sale. "This option provides up to $25,000 in upgrades with any new home in Rhodes Ranch or Tuscany Village," Blevins said. "Whether you are financing and want lower monthly payments or paying cash and want lots of upgrades, you will definitely reap the benefits of purchasing a new Dunhill home before Nov. 30."

One of Dunhill Homes' single-story designs in Tuscany Village is Residence 2683 in the Pesaro collection. This model is available with home sites measuring more than 6,000 square feet. Residence 2683 includes three bedrooms, a master retreat, three baths, a cooking island and three-car split garage. The master retreat can be converted into a fourth bedroom. "The second and third bedrooms are also separated from the master in the front of the home, so it provides additional privacy," Blevins said.

Dunhill Homes is offering new residences at Tuscany Village starting at $149,990. All residents have access to Tuscany's multimillion dollar recreation center, La Vita Tuscana. The 35,000-square-foot center includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas.

A centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr. The 6,906-yard, par 72 course has been named Golf Magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the community and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance. Tuscany's sales office is located in the La Vita Tuscana recreation center and is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily
