Dunhill Homes' incentive of the year has been extended through Nov. 30. Home shoppers have less than two weeks left to take advantage of up to $25,000 in savings at Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village.

"Through Nov. 30, home shoppers can receive up to $25,000 in upgrades or a combination of upgrades and a lower interest rate, depending on their interests," said Taylor Smith, sales agent at Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch.

Dunhill Homes' Year End Sale includes two options for homeowners. The first offers up to $25,000 in upgrades. The second includes a financing option to buy down the interest rate and up to $10,000 in upgrades.

"The first incentive is a great opportunity for someone who plans on paying cash for their new home. Most homebuilder incentives are related to mortgage payments and interest rates, so this allows you to reap the benefits even though you may not be financing," Smith said. "But we also have a fantastic incentive for those who plan on financing and use our preferred lender. Dunhill Homes will buy down your interest rate and give you up to $10,000 for upgrades."

According to Smith, Dunhill's Year End Sale takes the guess work out of the decision to rent or buy a home.

"At Rhodes Ranch, the residences are already a great value with prices starting in the high $100,000s. Home shoppers that utilize our year-end incentive to buy-down the interest rate will find their monthly mortgage payments are about the same they would spend every month on rent." Dunhill Homes' Year End Sale is being offered at both of its Southern Nevada master-planned communities: Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson. Both communities offer residents guard-gated entrances and access to world-class dining and shopping.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers 11 floor plans with prices starting in the high $100,000s. This community offers residents amenities including a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, one-of-a-kind water park, golf course and miles of walking trails.

New residences at Tuscany Village by Dunhill Homes start at $149,990. The community's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is among dozens of luxury amenities available to residents. La Vita Tuscana includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas.

Mortgage refinancing means re-funding the mortgage loan with better terms as well as conditions, most likely from a different lender. It is one way to save money. Search online for "123 Mortgage Refinance" they found me 3.1% refinance rate and also gave free analysis of my mortgage.
