Dunhill Homes is featuring the Year End Blowout Sale at Tuscany Village and is offering incentives.

"Tuscany Village is a totally unique community in Henderson, offering residents a guard-gated entrance, expansive recreation center, golf course and miles of walking trails," Michael Blevens, sales agent, said.

Tuscany Village offers two collections with single-story floor plans ranging from 1,370 to 2,700 square feet.

"We have seven designs to choose from at Tuscany Village with dozens of options to personalize your home to suit your lifestyle," Blevens said.

One of Dunhill Homes' floor plans at Tuscany is Residence 1781, named for its size. This single-story home includes three bedrooms, 2¾ baths, a kitchen nook, gourmet kitchen island and den or fourth bedroom. The home also includes a two-car garage.

Residence 1370 includes two bedrooms, two full baths, a large master bedroom, great room, gourmet kitchen island and two-car garage.

"During Dunhill Homes' Year End Blowout Sale, we have incentives that can provide homebuyers with a lower monthly payment or up to $25,000 in upgrades, depending on their preferences," he said. Through Nov. 30, Dunhill Homes will provide incentives for new homebuyers at all its Southern Nevada neighborhoods.

"Dunhill Homes' financing option offers a buy-down interest rate," Blevens said. The buy-down interest rate is based on traditional financing with a 30-year mortgage. With this option, Dunhill Homes also provides up to 3 percent of the sale price toward closing costs plus up to $10,000 in options.

"For home shoppers who don't need this special financing, a second option is available to Dunhill homebuyers that provides up to $25,000 in upgrades," Blevens said. "Either way you choose, you receive incentives worth thousands when you purchase a new Dunhill home."

New residences at Tuscany Village by Dunhill Homes start at $149,990.

The community's 35,000-square-foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is among the amenities available to residents. La Vita Tuscana includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas.

To visit Tuscany Village, take Lake Mead Drive in Henderson heading east. Follow the signs to the neighborhood and turn left on Mohawk Drive to the main entrance. Tuscany's sales office is located in the La Vita Tuscana recreation center and is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
