This weekend, Dunhill Homes will introduce its Year-end Special sales event with incentives at Rhodes Ranch in the southwestern valley and Tuscany Village in Henderson.
According to Ryan Soucie, the company's director of sales, the builder will offer homebuyers as much as $20,000 in upgraded features and financial incentives.
"We have a few homes in both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village that are available to move-in quickly and are being offered with thousands in incentives," Soucie said. "Structural upgrades and interior upgrades on items like cabinets and countertops can save you thousands on your new home."
Among Dunhill's homes that are available for quick move-in is a 1,532-square-foot residence with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage.
"This two-story home includes a $17,500 incentive and will be ready for move-in this month. It has upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-length patio cover," said Rhodes Ranch sales agent Hadley Goddard. "It has been a very popular model with a covered porch, bonus storage space in the garage and an upstairs laundry room."
"Another popular model we will have available for move-in next month is a Geneva 2173, which is a spacious single-story plan," Goddard said.
This home includes three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a two-car garage.
"It has a $22,500 incentive," Goddard said. "Plus it comes with a gourmet kitchen and a large cooking island. A buyer can still select kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and flooring."
In Tuscany Village, a handful of homes are available for move-in in the next two months. Among the homes offered with as much as $20,000 in upgrades and incentives is a Roma 1810 model home. One of Tuscany's most popular, this residence includes two bedrooms and a den and as many as 2½ baths in an open single-story design.
"Buyers love Roma 1810 because of its beautiful layout," said Marina Petric, sales agent at Tuscany Village. "It includes a standard covered patio that is flanked by the owner's suite, great room and kitchen nook, giving it the feeling of an interior courtyard. It also has amazing upgrades like stainless steel appliances and beech wood kitchen cabinetry."
Both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village are gated master-planned communities with 24-hour guard-gated entrances, championship golf courses, expansive recreation centers and indoor and outdoor activities.
The energy-efficient homes are certified by Energy Star and NV Energy's Energy Plus program. They have features such as energy-efficient appliances, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat and dual-pane, low-e argon gas vinyl windows.
"Complementing the savings of significantly lower energy bills, both Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany have no LIDS or SIDS (improvement district fees)," Soucie said. "These fees alone can total thousands over the lifetime of the home. When you combine the savings with our Year-End Special, energy savings, it is the best time ever to make your next home a Dunhill home."
