Dunhill Homes will end its Luxury for Less sales event, which offers homebuyers as much as $17,500 in financial incentives, Monday.

The sale includes homes purchased at the builder's Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans.

"It is without a doubt the best incentive we have offered this year, and there are only a few more days remaining to take advantage of it," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent at Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village. "For some new home buyers, it makes enough difference that they stopped waiting for something better and made the decision to buy."

Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village master plan in Henderson offers 13 single- and two-story floor plans with prices starting at $129,990. The builder unveiled these plans this year and has already received Energy Star certification, along with NV Energy's Energy Plus certification, on the designs.

"These are the most energy-efficient homes Dunhill has ever built and will save homeowners thousands every year in reduced energy bills," Manayan said. Tankless water heaters, radiant-barrier roofs, dual pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows are some of the energy-efficient elements included as standard features in the homes at Tuscany Village.

"This incentive will also get you a great value at our Rhodes Ranch community," Manayan said. "We have 12 new floor plans at Rhodes Ranch that also include our award-winning energy efficiency elements."

The homes range in size from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet and are offered in single- and two-story designs. Prices start at $184,990.

"Most of our homes now include a new and popular element -- a valet," Manayan said. "The valets are designed to offer homeowners an area to put on and take off their shoes, hang coats, store mail and generally keep them organized. People really love them."

Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village are 24-hour guard-gated communities with championship golf courses and clubs, 35,000-square-foot recreation centers and other amenities.

"Whether you like playing basketball, racquetball, tennis or just working out in the gym, you can do it in your own neighborhood," Manayan said.

Both communities also offer swimming pools, children's play areas, social clubs and regularly scheduled activities for residents.

The communities offers other benefits as well.

"Dunhill Homes is not asking homeowners to pay any improvement district fees, like most other planned communities do," said Manayan. "This will save you additional thousands over the lifetime you own your home."

Dunhill Homes' commitment to the environment earned the builder a 2011 Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award for its work to promote energy-efficient construction and help protect the environment through its partnership with Energy Star. This translates into lower monthly utility cost for homeowners, according to Manayan.

Floor plans are available to view online at dunhillhomes.com. Both sales offices are open daily 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
