Financing Offered at Turnberry Towers Rare Opportunity Emerges Starting in the $200s

Turnberry Towers, located just east of the Las Vegas Strip, offers financing and discounted prices on its one-, two- and three-bedroom homes overlooking the Las Vegas Valley.
"Turnberry Towers is truly a unique project," said Scott Singler, director of marketing. "Not only does it provide its residents with the convenience of living the high-rise lifestyle, it brings it to them at affordable prices with the option to finance. In the entire country, there are very few projects that can give residents such a beneficial trifecta."
Across the nation, most high-rise projects don't offer financing to its owners because proceeds from sales are used pay the construction loan. At Turnberry Towers, the construction loan has already been fully paid. Buyers can apply for a 30-year fixed rate loan with competitive interest rates, Singler said.
"There are no hidden fees or costs. It's simply the opportunity to own a residence in Turnberry Towers without putting out all of your cash upfront," Singler said.
Homes at Turnberry Towers range from 814 to 1,658 square feet and are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom models with up to 2½ baths. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s and have been discounted up to 55 percent from 2009.
With four model homes available for viewing, a design feature is the balcony in every unit. Larger units and those with appropriate placement offer multiple balconies that look over all facets of the Las Vegas Valley.
"From Red Rock to Frenchman Mountain, from the Strip to the multiple golf courses surrounding the area, residents have a clear view of all the Las Vegas skyline has to offer," Singler said.
Residents of Turnberry Towers have 24-hour security and concierge, valet service, covered parking garage, business center, two resort-style pools, heated spa, fenced dog park, private tennis courts, two putting greens, climate-controlled storage facilities and state-of-the-art fitness center. Common areas on the 10-acre site are equipped with barbecue grills and free Wi-Fi provided in each tower's main lobby, social room and pool areas.
The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
