Harmony Homes is offering brand-new homes for less than $100,000 at Las Rosas for a limited time.
Sales agent Jaime Torres said the North Las Vegas neighborhood offers buyers a great value, and for many, lower monthly housing costs because mortgage payments on a $100,000 home are often less than rent.
"Las Rosas is a hidden treasure on the east side of town. It's a very intimate community with 43 home sites and great homes priced from only $97,900," Torres said. "We offer two spacious floor plans starting at 1,504 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, and a loft. Currently, Harmony Homes is offering a limited time incentive paying up to 2½ percent in closing costs with the use of one of our preferred lenders," he said.
Torres said that there are many reasons to purchase a new home rather than a resale.
"With a new home, you don't have to make any repairs before moving in unlike some resale homes," he said. "In addition you are given the opportunity to personalize your home during the building process. You can choose your flooring, countertops and cabinets and any design options may be rolled into your monthly mortgage payment. You're able to move into a home designed just for you and your family."
The two-story neighborhood features two floor plans.
Priced from $97,990, Residence One offers 1,504 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, an option for a loft or fourth bedroom and upstairs laundry room.
The 1,575-square-foot Residence Two features three bedrooms including an oversized master suite, 2½ baths, loft, and second-floor laundry room. The home is priced from $104,990.
Each home includes beech cabinetry, 9-foot ceilings downstairs and upstairs, an appliance package and energy efficient features that qualify for Energy Star certification. Cul-de-sac and oversized sites are available.
The neighborhood offers access to a community park, picnic tables and landscaped common areas. It is located near retail, dining establishments and Interstate-15.
To visit the neighborhood, head east on Lake Mead Boulevard, past Pecos Road, to Walnut Road. Turn right on Walnut and then turn right on Tonopah Avenue and proceed to the end of the street.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. For additional information, call the sales office at 489-3311.
Harmony Homes offers 17 neighborhoods throughout the valley, Homes range from 1,306 to 4,265 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s. Through the month of December, Harmony Homes will make a contribution to the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada for each home sold. For more information, visit HarmonyHomes.com.

As a general rule, if you can shave at least a half point off your current interest rate, it is a good idea to refinance. If you currently have a home mortgage above 7%, the time is now to make a change. Look online for "123 Mortgage Refinance" they gave me the lowest rate than everybody else which is 3.21%.
After what seemed like a lifetime of thirty-Year adjustable-rate mortgages, with monthly mortgage payments going up all the time, The "123 Mortgage Refinance" helped me to lock in a great low fixed rate of 3.16%, helping me to guarantee myself the ability to always make my mortgage payment on time with money to spare.
What a joke. Who wants them. Gang banger heaven. Bulldoze them and save the tax paying public the trouble of having the hire more NLPD cops who do nothing anyway for a high income. Get real.
Las Rosas for La Raza.
At $70.00 a square foot this appears to be an excellent value.
Consider the security option; you get a firearm to defend the house from the gangs on the next block, bullet proof windows and doors that can not be kicked in cost more, if you have children you might want to build into the annual cost the required private education institution $$$$$$$.....or just kiss your kids goodbye, but at $70.00 square foot???
Are there solar upgrades or are the homes so close that the sun never reaches the ground? Energy Star certification and OVERSIZED lots, what exactly does that mean?
Real estate advertising for Harmony disguised as a news article.
Just what Las Vegas needs, more houses on the market.....oh man.
I have tried to lose weight dozens of times. "Hypersonic Weight Loss" really works, I even went on a cruise and came back 2 pounds lighter.
