Harmony Homes' focus of constructing brand-new homes that suit Southern Nevadans is evident in its neighborhoods within Vista Cielo in North Las Vegas, according to Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for the home builder.
Three neighborhoods, Capistrano, Laguna and Avalon at Vista Cielo, offer plans measuring from 1,462 to more than 3,000 square feet with design options and prices starting from $125,990.
"Making the choice to buy a home right now goes beyond the fact that homeownership can be a great equity builder and it goes beyond having a home that you can make into your own. The icing on the cake is that the cost of mortgage payments is often less than rent for qualified buyers, meaning that you'll have more money in your pocket while you're saving yourself substantial dollars in living expenses," Gorman said.
"Mortgages for qualified buyers are much less expensive now than they have been in the past with lower interest rates, lower prices and the fact that Harmony Homes will help pay for your closing costs when one of their preferred lenders is used. Plus, there really are some programs out there that do offer down payment assistance," Gorman said.
"On top of that, through our Live in Perfect Harmony campaign, we're offering incentives that can be used towards upgrades or applied to buying down your interest rate even further."
Vista Cielo's lowest price per square foot is available at the neighborhood with the largest two-story homes, Avalon.
Measuring 2,409 square feet, Residence One features three bedrooms and 2½ baths at a price per square foot of about $70. The 2,573-square-foot Residence Two and 3,024-square-foot Residence Three designs offer four bedrooms and 2½ baths starting at about $69 and $67 per square foot, respectively.
Capistrano at Vista Cielo is a gated community with a private pool and park for residents. The three designs measure 1,462 to 1,783 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages. Prices start at $125,990 and immediate move-in homes are available.
Priced from $140,990, Harmony Homes' Laguna at Vista Cielo neighborhood offers four two-story floor plans that measure 1,577 to 1,985 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages.
Residents of all three neighborhoods have access to a community swimming pool and park with playground, as well as nearby shopping and dining.
To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road and travel west to Losee Road. Turn right on Losee and head north, following the signs. Model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at noon.
Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated by a builder with more than 20 years experience. The builder offers 17 additional neighborhoods located throughout the valley, with single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,306 to more than 4,265 square feet and priced from the $90,000s.
