KB offers single-story homes at Inspirada

KB Home showcases its Michelangelo collection of single-story homes in Inspirada, a Henderson master-planned community.
Pricing starts in the high $100,000s.
Floor plans provide for as many as four bedrooms and three baths and two-car garages. Interiors feature granite kitchen countertops and 9-foot ceilings throughout the first floor and master baths.
The homes are in the builder's signature Built to Order program, which allows homeowners to select personal designs, upgraded features and options for a design studio store.
Located near the Vegas Strip and a variety of city parks, Inspirada provides a blend of a contemporary urban city setting with the leisure and relaxation of a suburban desert community.
Residents have year-round access to Vegas resorts, casinos and shows, while also enjoying outdoor recreational activities like swimming, hiking and golf.
