Lennar extends sale, plans Halloween party for today

Lennar has extended its "We'll Show You the Green" sale through weekend. The promotional event will include $15,000 in incentives on select homesites and special financing options that can include no closing costs and no origination fees.
And in celebration of the sales success, Lennar will host a Spook-tac-ular party at San Gabriel in Mountain's Edge today.

"Last week was a record-selling week. Families across the valley took advantage of all this sale had to offer," said Laurie Brown, Lennar new-home consultant.
These offers are only available for during Lennar's year-end sale and allow buyers the chance to move in before the holidays, she said.
Much of this surge in sales is due to the special year-end financing, which includes a pick-your-payment option and dollar incentives on move-in-ready homes.
Brown said monthly house payments can be as low as $716, which includes principal, interest, taxes and insurance for the first year through Lennar's preferred lender, Universal Mortgage Co.
"This sale presents an incredible opportunity that anyone looking for a new home won't want to miss, plus Lennar is considering all offers and is extremely motivated to sell these homes," Brown said.
Lennar's move-in ready homes come equipped with Lennar's Everything's Included package that includes 2-inch faux wood blinds, four ceiling fans and Sherwin Williams interior paint.
The builder's green technology suite, which is also included in the price of the home, helps to save money on energy bills, according to Brown.
"These homes are essentially turn-key and ready for you to enjoy the holidays with friends and family in your brand-new home," she said.
