Lennar Las Vegas features 23 move-in-ready homes

According to Nick Parks, director of marketing for Lennar Las Vegas, Lennar is offering their best deals of the year on 23 move-in ready homes that are available to close by the end of November -- just in time to meet the tax credit deadline.

With the first-time homebuyer tax credit expiring, record low interest rates, huge price reductions and incredible year-end discounts, buyers have an opportunity to get unprecedented value on a new Lennar home, Parks said.

"We are calling this extraordinary combination of offers 'the perfect storm' because of the combination of factors coming together at one time to create incredible value for new home buyers. The end of our fiscal year, the end of the first-time buyer tax credit and the availability of incredible finance rates is the perfect storm. With only a few homes still available and the end of our fiscal year quickly approaching, Lennar is more motivated than ever to sell these homes."

The first-time home buyer federal tax credit of up to $8,000 is still available to customers who haven't owned a home in the past three years. However, homebuyers must act quickly as the federal tax credit has only been approved until Nov. 30, according to the Internal Revenue Service Web site, irs.gov.

"Our intent is to sell these 23 homes this month," said Roger Seaholm, director of sales for Lennar Las Vegas. "With that goal in mind, we are now offering some very generous incentives and are encouraging all serious offers this weekend."

In addition, Seaholm said that Lennar is offering an added guarantee to all new homebuyers that purchase between today and Nov. 15. Lennar will guarantee that selected homes will close by the end of November or Lennar will compensate the customer in the form of an extra $8,000 price reduction.

Ten of the 23 homes available for these specials are located in gated community at White Horse South in the northwestern area. These single-family homes are set on up to one-half-acre home sites that range from 3,887 to more than 5,000 square feet and include upgrades.

Additional discounts are available on select homes that close in December.

Lennar offers 21 neighborhoods to choose from throughout the greater Las Vegas area, including communities in Providence, Anthem, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.

Prices start in the upper $100,000s and floor plans measure from 1,286 to 5,078 square feet.

Community hours today and Sunday are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For a complete list of communities, call 877-204-4411 or visit lennar.com.
