Lennar is offering financial incentives and a selection of new homes during its Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda sales event continuing through Nov. 30. Lennar has 16 Las Vegas Valley neighborhoods with move-in ready homes available.

"We're currently offering up to $15,000 in savings and special financing rates through Lennar's preferred lender on most homes available for immediate move-in," said Lennar Las Vegas Director of Marketing Nick Parks. "We are highly motivated to sell all available homes before the end of our fiscal year on Nov. 30."

According to Parks, in addition to savings of up to $15,000, Lennar is also offering an Energy Star PLUS package on all homes that close in November. This package includes free blinds for all windows and free ceiling fans in every bedroom.

"We know how important energy efficiency is to valley homebuyers so we have added free window coverings and ceiling fans as part of our Energy Star PLUS package to reduce the energy costs for all buys this month," Parks said.

According to Parks, finance rates and pricing are at record lows, and Lennar includes features and amenities in its Everything's Included program featuring upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Most of these offers are available for a limited time.

"The Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda sales event is the perfect time for first-time buyers to enter the real estate market and for real estate aficionados to add to their existing collection of homes," said Joy Broddle, Lennar Las Vegas sales manager. "We offer special low financing through Lennar's preferred lender, resulting in lower monthly payments."
