Lennar offers financial incentives in promotion

Lennar is offering financial incentives on move-in ready homes.
"All offers are being considered, and with 15 communities across the valley, we can help you find the perfect home for your family," said Christina Mayer, new-home consultant. "Take advantage of Lennar's Year End Sale and get into a brand new home right before the holiday season."
She said the special financing options are given on a first-come, first-served basis, and because of the sale's success they won't be available for much longer.
Lennar's Everything's Included package includes 2-inch, faux wood blinds and four ceiling fans.
The green technology suite and the most popular upgrades are included at no extra cost, as well as Sherwin Williams interior paint.
"These homes give a whole new meaning to "move-in ready," Mayer said.

Get into a new Lennar home and pay no closing costs, no origination fee, with payments as low as $716 with principal, interest, taxes and insurance for the first year through Lennar's preferred lender, Universal Mortgage Co.
