Lennar offers incentives
Tools
Lennar is showcasing homes in two Mountain's Edge neighborhoods that are priced from the low $100,000s, as well as offering financial incentives through its partnership with Universal American Mortgage Co.
"Our message is simple," said Laurie Brown, new-home consultant. "Our pricing and interest rates are excellent right now."
The collection of two-story, single-family homes at Mandolin is presented in four floor plans ranging from 1,315 to 1,657 square feet, starting from the low $100,000s.
They have three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths and are located near a pool and park.
Priced from the mid-$100,000s, San Gabriel offers three- and four-bedroom homes.
Five floor plans ranging from 1,564 to 2,403 square feet have 2½ or 3 baths and two-car garages. Depending on the plan, these single-family homes have lofts, large master-bedroom closets and a bedroom and full bath downstairs.
The builder strives to include features that homebuyers seek in the purchase price, such as raised-panel maple cabinetry with upper-crown molding, GE appliances and granite-slab kitchen countertops with a 4-inch backsplash.
Keeping in line with its Everything's Included philosophy, the homes also feature high-tech green features that reduce energy costs including dual-flush toilets; low-energy, dual-pane vinyl windows; radiant barrier roof sheeting; and a home automation system by Schlage.
"Buyers will love the gated Mountain's Edge community that offers a prestigious lifestyle with plenty of recreation and amenities for families," Brown said.
Located in the southwestern valley, Mandolin and San Gabriel are open today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
