Lennar is offering a home in York Village in the southwestern valley for a reduced price of $153,475.

This week, Lennar has reduced its price on a home in its York Village in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
The price for this home of the week is $153,475.
The home measures 1,426 square feet and has three bedrooms, 2½ baths and a one-car garage.
The builder has also included upgraded features. They include GE black appliances, maple cabinetry, granite countertops and Schlage LiNK home automation. Green features include radiant-barrier and dual-flush toilets.
The home is located just outside of Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley.
The neighborhood offers a community pool and other amenities. It has access to the Las Vegas Beltway.
The builder is also offering special financing through its preferred lender.
