Lennar will launch its valleywide Hush, Hush Secret Sale today.

The sales promotional will run through Sept. 22.

It will offer new incentives, price reductions on 75 homes and financing opportunities through Universal American Mortgage Co.

Lennar's Division President Jeremy Parness will be available all weekend as this event kicks off.

"All offers will be considered," Parness said.

"In fact, I will personally be in contact with each of Lennar's new-home consultants regarding every homebuyer -- that is my guarantee -- I don't want anyone to miss out on these extraordinary deals."

Lennar will not be advertising all of the details during the sale.

All communities will be open this weekend and Lennar's sales team is ready to write deals on reduced priced homes, he said.

"If you are in the market for a new home and waiting for the perfect time to buy, this is absolutely the best time, don't miss out on the opportunity. It may be gone before you know it," Parness said.

In addition to reduced pricing, Lennar is also offering homebuyers special financing packages through its lender.

Parness said Lennar and AMC will lock in this interest rate for the next 90 days.

He said this will be convenient to homebuyers who may need an extra month or two to get out of their current living situation or may need to wait to close escrow on their new home.

"Locks like these would normally cost buyers thousands of dollars, but for this event Lennar will be covering the cost of the interest rate lock as well as all closing costs," Parness said. According to Parness, the bottom line is to do whatever it takes to ensure that Lennar's existing inventory homes sell now.

Lennar's 1,539-square-foot Lexington Park home in the northwest offers three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage, and includes blinds, gourmet GE black appliances, extra tall, 42-inch, maple cabinetry with upper crown molding, granite countertops and was priced at 146,490.

Home shoppers can find out the reduced price today by visiting the neighborhood.

In the southwest, Mandolin's Acerra residence in Mountain's Edge offers 1,315 square feet, three bedrooms, 2½ baths and comes equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, blinds and ceiling fans throughout.

This home was priced at $140,053 and has been reduced.

Coronado's Ristretto Plan in Henderson is also available during the sale with 2,765 square feet, four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, upgraded flooring, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans and blinds.

This home did have a price tag of $353,390. The builder will release its new price today.

Plus, Lennar's Everything's Included package and high-tech green features are included on all immediate move-in homes.
