Las Vegas homebuilder Lennar announced financial incentives in order to sell all remaining completed homes by Nov. 30.

Lennar's fiscal year ends Nov. 30 and the builder is motivated to sell any completed homes before December. According to Lennar Las Vegas Director of Marketing Nick Parks, Lennar announced savings of $16,000 on all completed homes, seller-paid closing costs and ceiling fans and blinds package.

"This is the home stretch for us as we approach the end of our fiscal year on Nov. 30," Parks said. "These are, without question, our best deals of the year. No reasonable offer will be refused."

With savings and a selection of new homes, including move-in ready, Lennar's year-end sales event is offering its most aggressive incentives today and Sunday.

"We still have many homes available for immediate move-in in November. We're currently offering $16,000 in savings and seller-paid closing costs on all homes available for immediate move-in," Parks said. "We are highly motivated to sell all available homes this weekend. But after this weekend, these deals will no longer be available."

Lennar is also offering a Energy Star Plus package on all homes that close in November. This package includes free blinds for all windows and free ceiling fans in three bedrooms.

Amenities in every Everything's Included package feature state-of-the-art amenities, including upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

"The year-end sales event is the perfect combination of low prices, low interest rates, Everything's Included features and Lennar's reputation for quality," said Joy Broddle, Lennar Las Vegas Sales Manager.
