Lennar to kick off sales event today

Lennar is inviting all prospective home buyers to its America's Greatest Home Sale Ever event being held today through Oct. 10.
The builder is offering incentives on 1,000 homes in 240 communities across the country, including neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley.
"We are thrilled to offer our best deals of the year on homes available now," said Lennar Las Vegas Director of Sales Roger Seaholm.
According to Seaholm, there are more than 110 home available for quick move-in and the builder is offering incentives of up to $12,000 per home and closing cost assistance.
"Lennar is motivated to sell and close over 110 homes before the end of our fiscal year.
"With generous incentives, historically low interest rates and homes that come standard with many upgrades, this is unquestionably the smartest time to buy a new home," Seaholm said.
Lennar homes include amenities such as upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
