Mira Villa, the new condominium community in Summerlin, recently selected Terra West Property Management to oversee its homeowners association. Terra West manages more than 160 communities throughout the state, representing more than 55,000 homes.

"Terra West is one of the largest and most respected property managers in the region and we are excited to have a first-class company taking care of the community and our residents," said Jason Demuth, director of marketing for Nexus 30, the sales and marketing firm representing Mira Villa.

Terra West will oversee and manage the day-to-day organization and operations of the community's association, working closely with homeowners.

"Having worked with numerous condominium associations in Las Vegas for many years, we consider ourselves the perfect match for a luxury community like Mira Villa," said Lance Lee, vice president of business development for Terra West. "We are looking forward to working closely with the residents of Mira Villa by developing a long and productive relationship for years to come."

Mira Villa offers new golf-front residences. The community features 113 single-level condominium homes, ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Most of the homes within Mira Villa come complete with private elevators, terraces with city and mountain views, up to a three-car garage and access to the community's amenities including a waterfall pool, multiple Jacuzzis, state-of-the-art fitness center and clubhouse.
