Pardee Homes' Ashwood neighborhood at Nevada Trails features homes in a well-established southwestern Las Vegas location and includes a limited number of move-in-ready homes with upgrades on selected home sites.

With five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage, Pardee offers another Plan Two C move-in ready home at Ashwood measuring 3,200 square feet that backs up to a Nevada Trails park. It is priced at $377,924.
All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails offers access to Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department.
