Plan One B at home site 265 at Solamar measures 2,491 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and tandem three-car garage. Priced at $309,000, the home includes granite countertops, covered patio, designer interior paint and backyard landscaping.
Plan One, a single-story plan, measures 2,491 square feet as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Plan Two also is a single-story plan that measures 3,000 square feet as many as four bedrooms and three baths.
Two-story plans at Solamar include Plan Three, which measures 2,931 square feet as many as five bedrooms and three baths and Plan Four, measuring 3,152 square feet, with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.

Turn left on Deer Springs Way, right on Grand Canyon Drive, then first right on Bay Ledge Street, then right on Desert Island Street to the models. Visitors are welcome from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
