Pardee offers final homes at Rosetta, Serrano neighborhoods

Pardee Homes is now offering the final homes at its Rosetta and Serrano neighborhoods in Mountain's Edge, a southwest master-planned community.
"The opportunity to own a new Pardee home in what is now an established area of Mountain's Edge is limited as we close out sales at Rosetta and Serrano. Both are conveniently located off Cactus Avenue, east of Buffalo Drive in the community," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director, Pardee Homes.
Among the move-in-ready homes at Serrano is a Plan 2-B, which measures 2,223 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car tandem garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $202,950.
Just one move-in-ready home remains at Rosetta. The Plan 3-C measures 1,829 square feet; it has three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint, radiant-barrier, low-e windows and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $172,300.
Homes at Rosetta and Serrano are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to Tuvell.
To reach Rosetta and Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhoods.
Sales offices are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday. Winter hours begin on Sunday, with sales offices and model homes closing daily at 5 p.m.
