Pardee offers final Serrano residences in Mountain's Edge

Pardee Homes is offering the final homes at its Serrano neighborhood in Mountain's Edge. A few of these homes are ready for occupancy.
Among the move-in ready homes is a Plan 2-C, which measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a playroom and two-car garage. It is priced at $206,425 and includes stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, designer interior paint and buyer's selection of flooring.
A move-in ready Plan 2-B at Serrano measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car tandem garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $213,800.
Also available is a Plan 3-B, measuring 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den, loft, workshop, stainless steel kitchen appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer, and designer interior paint. It is priced at $232,670.
Serrano is located off of Cactus Avenue, east of Buffalo Drive in Mountain's Edge.
Homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
"The final homes at Serrano represent both a great value for a move-in ready home and a great opportunity to buy new in a well-established area of Mountain's Edge," Tuvell said.

To reach Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community.
Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood. Pardee Homes' sales offices are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Monday.
