Pardee offers last five homes in Serrano in Mountain's Edge

Only five move-in ready homes remain at Pardee Homes' Serrano neighborhood in the master-planned Mountain's Edge community in southwest Las Vegas.
"The combination of prices from low $200,000 along with spacious, well-appointed floor plans and a terrific Mountain's Edge location have all contributed to the success of Serrano," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell. "We have a limited number of Plan Two and Plan Three floor plans remaining."
Serrano's Plan Two measures 2,223 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den and three-car tandem garage, while Plan Three measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, den and two-car garage, plus workshop.
Among the move-in ready homes is a Plan 2-A, which measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and three-car tandem garage. Priced at $215,345, the home features slab-granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer paint and buyer's selection of flooring.
Another move-in ready home is a Plan 3-B, which measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den/office, loft and workshop.
Priced at $233,345, the home has stainless steel kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer and designer interior paint.
A move-in ready Serrano Plan 3-A measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den/office, loft and workshop.
Priced at $231,345, the home includes slab-granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer, laundry room cabinets and sink, faux-wood window coverings and backyard landscaping.
LivingSmart homes in Serrano offer standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to Pardee officials.
Additionally, Serrano is part of Pardee's New Standard program in which features -- including granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances -- are included as standard.
To reach Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo Drive to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow signs to the neighborhood.
