Pardee offers variety of homes in southwestern valley

Pardee Homes' collection of new-home neighborhoods in Southern Nevada includes four located in southwest Las Vegas: Ashwood in the builder's Nevada Trails master-planned community, Rosetta and Serrano in Mountain's Edge and Trail Ridge at State Route 168 and Durango Road.
The builder is offering the final eight homes at Ashwood, including a Residence 4B that is priced at $367,100 and measures 3,880 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, three-car garage, loft and library.
To reach Nevada Trails, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard and travel south about one mile to Robindale Road and turn right. Follow the signs to the model park.
In the master-planned Mountain's Edge community, Pardee Homes offers Rosetta and Serrano. The two-story homes at Rosetta range in price from $159,450 to $188,950 in size from 1,444 square feet to 1,881 square feet in three- and four-bedroom designs with as many as three baths and two-car garages, as well as great rooms and personal options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.
Serrano's three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with as many as six bedrooms. Homes range in price from $209,950 to $237,450.
To reach Rosetta and Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhoods.
Located off of Agate Avenue near the northeastern corner of Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road, the gated Trail Ridge community was designed with two-story homes and neighborhood amenities including a heated swimming pool, tot lot and picnic area available exclusively to residents and their guests.
Trail Ridge floor plans range from 1,366 to 1,778 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, three baths, upstairs laundry rooms and two-car garages. The homes also provide options for lofts, dens, kitchen nooks, tech areas and downstairs bedrooms. Prices range from $152,750 to $173,450.
All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.
Pardee's New Standard program includes features such as granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets, stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer and dryer that are standard and are included in the price of the home.
All Pardee Homes' sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
