Pardee's Rosetta neighborhood is located in Mountain's Edge

Pardee Homes' collection of LivingSmart homes at Rosetta start in price from $159,450 for homes with three to four bedrooms and ranging from 1,444 to 1,881 square feet.
The two-story homes offer 2½ to three baths and two-car garages, as well as great rooms and personal options, such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.
There are a limited number of move-in ready homes at Rosetta, including Plan One B at home site No. 152 that measures 1,444 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. The home is priced at $162,725.
Also at Rosetta is Plan One C at home site No. 150 that measures 1,444 square feet featuring three bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage. Priced at $161,275, the home includes stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer and buyer's selection of flooring.
Plan Four A at home site 176 at Rosetta measures 1,881 square feet featuring three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage and loft. Priced at $190,175, the home includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer, dryer and buyer's selection of flooring.
All of Pardee Homes' newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources.
Rosetta is also part of Pardee Home's New Standard program, which includes granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel appliances. These features are included in the price of the home.
To reach Rosetta at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood. Pardee Homes' sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday and 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday.
